If you’ve found yourself here, I understand that there’s a struggle in your life, or in a loved one's life, that’s worrying you. I know that starting this process can be overwhelming, I’ve been there myself, so let me help make this first step a bit easier by telling you a little about who I am and what I do.
As a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist, I can help you find insight into questions or support for difficulties you may have in yourself, your relationships, or circumstances. I offer a space where resilience and coping resources can be fostered to meet whatever challenge life throws your way.

Therapy
Therapy provides a space to explore a problem that is troubling you, or to address thoughts, emotions or behaviours that interfere with your ability to function in everyday life. I work with adolescents and adults who are dealing with general life challenges or psychiatric diagnoses. Together, we work through these issues in a safe and trusting framework, which can ultimately lead to improved relationships, renewed coping resources, increased self awareness, and personal growth.
Neuropsychological Assessment
Cognitive problems can impact on your ability to study or work, manage your finances, maintain and develop your relationships, or follow a rehabilitation plan. If you or a loved one have suffered a neurological illness or injury, such as dementia, stroke, epilepsy, tumour, or traumatic brain injury, a neuropsychological assessment can help in understanding the diagnosis and associated cognitive strengths and weaknesses, and to get direction for future care and management.
